Name origin

"So named by me for the reason that on its south slope is a considerable area of slide rock in the shape of an arrowhead." - Albert Sylvester, Northwest Discovery: The Journal of Northwest History and Natural History, Volume 2, No. 8.

Driving Directions

Park at a pullout on the north side Highway 2 about a hundred yards east of milepost 72 and half a mile west of the WSDOT Berne facility.
